for trying to bully a 17 year old kid named Mike Rowe into giving up his domain, MikeRoweSoft.com. Microsoft sent Mr Rowe a 25 page cease and desist letter. How do you even write 25 pages about a domain name?! I thought my 2 pages was bad! This is absurd!

Apple wins cybersquat case against uk itunes site Not sure how i feel about this one yet. Seems unfair that you can't own a domain with a generic word "tunes" in it. Just because itunes is really popular now does not give it priority. This would simply lead to large corporations monopolizing basic english words.
